When user away

2020-04-08 Thread Robert Boyl
Friends!

Dont understand, when colleague (who also uses Pidgin, as I do) is away, I
send him a message in Pidgin and in message box I see:

I'm currently away. Your message has been forwarded to my email address (
em...@email.com).

--

Which is not true. I dont see where to change that message, not keep
sending "im away" every time I write to him.

Ideas?

Thanks!

Profile photo?

2020-01-31 Thread Robert Boyl
 Hello, everyone!

Devs, just a note, some broken links on your site, to the mailing list,
etc. in support section.

Quick question... I added a profile photo, folks do see it, but I dont see
it. On bottom right of Pidgin I see that icon of a sun with a person.

Is there a way for my own profile photo to show for myself? :)

Thanks,
Rob

Chat history

2020-01-14 Thread Robert Boyl
Hello everyone!

Congrats on Pidgin! Awesome program!

Quick question. After I close a conversation window, when I reopen it, what
had been type is not shown anymore, I have to check the conversation
history. Is there some setting to always keep the latest conversation text
showing, even if I close the chat dialog (private chat with someone) and
reopen it later?

Thanks,
Rob
