Hi there,

Can you email through the settings you've used to set up your pc20.net
account (excluding the password)?  Can you also get a debug log as you
connect:  to do this, open the Debug Window  (from the buddy list,
Help->Debug Window), then reconnect to the pc20.net account by clicking the
checkbox next to it, then copy-paste the output of the Debug Window into an
email back to us.  That should help track down where the error is happening.

Hi Ashley. It's not clear from your email... are you trying to create
a new AIM account? If so, Pidgin is not capable of this. You must do
it via the AIM website.

If you already have an account, it sounds like the password you've
entered is incorrect. If you're not sure what the correct password is
then you can try resetting it via the AIM website.

Hi,

I just opened Pidgin on my computer to start a new AIM account. I typed in a 
user name arainha15 and password. It says I am available, but it keeps saying I 
am disabled because of incorrect password?
