Hi Tapas. Do you get an error message? What does it say?

Note that if two factor authentication is enabled for your Gmail account then 
you'll need to generate an application specific password from 
https://accounts.google.com/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hide_authsub=1
and use that to connect.
