Something is creating folders on your win7 desktop?
Is it related to SM or to the O/S?
What are the folder names?

I believe he is referring to the desktop PC, not the desktop folder
on the desktop PC.

Ahh... Yes, you are correct. I read it wrong.

Anyway, it's not clear ... where are those folders ?

Doesn't SM have a built in pop up to enable Java?
FF does. I use FF and Java to connect to my employer's servers via a VPN.
Otherwise I have no use for Java except for one site that allows 3-D rendering
of
complex molecules. Hardly anyone allows Java anymore due to the security
problems.

Your link says:

(2014-10-21) As you can read I no longer maintain this add-on.
But the guys from Ericsson have taken over maintenance.
You can get new versions from their github page:

He's talking about javascript.

NoScript might be too complex for normal users.

Hunh? What kind of folders, where? How are you trying to remove them,
and exactly what happens when you do that? Any error messages, noises,
funny smells, smoke? ;-)

I think it could be about the *.msf files that may remain in the hierarchy
quit seamonkey, and examine if there is one of these .msf file for that
folder and delete it.

restart seamonkey
