I prefer not to watch on youtub but in the window

any solution?

Javascript is disabled for viewing email messages in SeaMonkey. There's
no way to enable it. You're going to have to watch the Youtube video in
the browser.

Reset Preferences

2018-05-20 Thread David E. Ross
Windows 7
SeaMonkey 2.49.3

I often change my preferences via PrefBar for a particular Web site. I
also created settings in user.js to restore my usual settings. If I
make a large number of changes via PrefBar, I do not always remember all
of them. Then, to restore my usual settings, I terminate SeaMonkey and
then relaunch it, which reloads user.js over prefs.js.

Is there a way to reload user.js over prefs.js without terminating
SeaMonkey?

First you say you do, and then you don't.
And then you say you will, but then won't.
You're undecided now, so what're you goin' to do?
From a 1950s song
That should be Donald Trump's theme song. He obviously
does not understand "commitment", whether it is about
policy or marriage.

First bottom post so others can follow the discussion. Thank You.

Do you mean this site?

When I scroll down to watch the Lodge Pan Scraper video it works just
fine. When I disable JavaScript I see a black box with the error you
report. I don't get any email.

The first thing for you to check is Edit > Preferences > Advanced >
Scripts & Plugins. Make sure you have Enable JavaScript for Browser
checked. That enables JavaScript.

If you are using a script blocker extension you probably need to
white-list JavaScript for the site

Where is the email from, and what are you doing when you receive it?

The web site should show a notification when it requires Flash.

A news feed in the SeaMonkey Mail window that requires flash should
also show a notification.

When you see the notification select Allow.
