My guess is that they have been hacked, they are undergoing repairs and 
upgrades,
or they have a new public website.

What does this have to with Seamonkey?  This is a problem with the 
website - either misconfigured or deliberate.

I'm seeing the same using Firefox 63.0 and Firefox Nightly 65.0a1.


And there's no way to try and sign up. When you close out the popup, 
it just says Access Denied!
