I tried setting the header display to all, but that doesn't halp at all.
The full header doesn't show a Tags: line.

Maybe you need to scroll the header list.

Of course my real problem is to compare the messages.
So perhaps someone can suggest an easy, easier, way to do that.

Try this one:

Maybe you need this one for the above:

2.3.1. Problem displaying email headers in tabs

2011-09-02 Thread Rostyslaw Lewyckyj

SM 2.3.1 on Win 7.
I am trying compare possibly duplicate email messages by displaying them
in side by side tabs. Here in detail is what I am doing:
1) I open the folder containing the suspect messages X , Y
2) I set header display to normal
3) I flag and tag X, so that it will stand out when I display/read it
4) I highlight and open X to verify that the last header line shown
is Tags: and shows that the message is tagged. Then I close X
5) I do the same with Y, to verify that it is NOT tagged.
6)
  .0) Now I open X in a new tab,
.1) Go back to the message listing tab
  .2) highlight message Y
  .3) Open Y in a new tab.
But where has the Tags: line which marked message X to distinguish it
from message Y gone???
