Thnaks, finally i use this method:

-install, start and close firefox
-copy  from current seamonkey profile to the new firefox profile this 3 files:  
key3.db, key4.db and login.json

then there is many  method to export passwords:
-some apps import directly from firefox profile
- firefox plugins and antivirus suites can manage and backup passwords
-export from firefox to csv.

Offhand I doubt you can do that, in part because the passwords are 
encrypted inside SM.
