SM Help doesn't help at all. No mention of redirect.

That's because unfortunately the Help search is not a full-text one. The
content is there, though (just go to Preferences, Appearance, Content
and click the Help button there).

Filed a bug:

Second request: I'd like some help on this subject if anyone knows how to
fix the problem.

I get a warning sentence at the top of the screen that says:

"SeaMonkey has prevented this page from automatically redirecting to
another page."

SM Help doesn't help at all. No mention of redirect.

Redirect to another page warning

2012-09-06 Thread keith_w
I caannot find in my SM Preferences where I change that selection to
prevent or allow redirects from one page to another.
For some reason I just started getting the warning bar on top of the
window, and it a most annoying.

I Googled it, and all I could find was references to Firefox problems from
a year or two ago. People were annoyed at the automatic prevention of
redirections too.
The suggestion was to access Advance/General/Accessibility. On SM, I have
no such thing.
Where is SM's choice located?

I have a Mac. latest OS, SM "Gecko/20120828 Firefox/15.0 SeaMonkey/2.12"

Please advise.
