Open Seamonkey Mail.
Open up the preferences for MailNewsgroup-Accounts.
Select your account by clicking on it.
There's a button to manage identityies at the bottom right.
Click on it to add/delete/modify your identity.

I used to use an e-mail sender address of username-1. I do
