can seamonkey send mail from command line?

I'm pretty sure that seamonkey cannot do this.

However, there are many command line mail utilities that can do this and 
are better suited for the job... google time.

You can create a mail for SM on the command line, but you can not send
it via SM.

'Blat' from http://www.blat.net/ does what you want.
