Begin with the Profile Manager. Can he see his existing profile,
which would contain all that? If so, make it the default profile
and relaunch SM.


and what Paul meant to tell you was that you will find the Profile
Manager at Tools->Switch Profiles.


Or in case of a Windows system when SM is not running, under the Start 
button at SeaMonkey | Profile Manager.



If you see more than one profile listed, try selecting each Profile
in turn to see if it contains your missing mail account and address
book.
