I set Google again as my daughter's home page, and it works fine now. When I deleted her profile, I clicked on "delete files" and it deleted her profile. I thought they were two separate options (delete files and delete profile), but I guess not. My daughter had a different theme than me, so wonder if that had anything to do with it. She only uses my PC when she comes over to visit, and had next to nothing stored under her profile, so reinstalling it wasn't a problem.
