I just tried SM in Safe Mode. Still no images showing.

Your UA shows that you have not changed it; unless you changed it
and then put it back. User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64;
rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101  Firefox/64.0.

I changed FF to 55.0 - still no images showing.

Darn.  Was hoping that was it since it works for me.
Safe mode should have turned off all extras.ple days. Does seem strange that
all org
That leaves a new profile as Ant mentioned.
Possible corrupt SM install.
Possible an anti virus or fire wall is blocking images from those sites.
Turn those off for a short time and try only those sites and see.

I'll try my other PC's in the next couple days. Does seem strange that
all other images on SM display fine, except for those Captcha ones.

Both pop3.comcast.net or mail.comcast.net no longer work with SeaMonkey
as of new 'updates" from MS.

My settings worked fine for years and years until 5/15. MS has somehow
defeated SM from using the Win10 email system.

Outlook works fine with imap server on comcast.

Works here. I just downloaded 196 new messages for my Comcast  POP3 account.

Updated Windows 10 earlier today before testing the Thunderbird 60.7.0
release candidate.

Do you get an error message?
