[Biofuel] Biodiesel & E10 in Indonesia

I'm searching biofuel & E10 in Indonesia. I want to know the cost of building biodiesel plant, and the biodiesel fuel price.
Is there anyone here that comes from Indonesia and build biodiesel / E10 ?

I live in Bandung City. Few months ago I heard that government establish biofuel prototype plant near lampung city or so. 
But I can't track the original souce. Nor any detail information about it.

BTW, is biodiesel enable to run the generator (to produce electric power) ?

Hi all,

I thought we can dry up alkohol using CaO or Zeolite. Is it true ? So what's wrong with that method ? 

And by using CaO / Zeolite, is it possible to dry alkohol 70% v/v to 99% v/v ?
