hi all my name is arie now i am doing a research about biodiesel too my project now is based on etanol, i know that using etanol in making biodiesel doesn't give good result so i try to mix metanol in the etanol. my reason do this because etanol is renewable resources so i want to use etanol as my first choice in making biodiesel. i try to mix metanol earier in the beginning and in the end of making biodiesel with etanol. the second choice i mean i react biodiesel with metoxide, so i hope the glyserine will be separate immediately, but i still unsure with the bidiesel result. can anyone help me or gives me a suggestion?? because it is for my last project in my last semester, but now i still feel unsure about this thanks Hello Arie Have you seen this? http://journeytoforever.org/biodiesel_link.html#ethylester Ethyl-esters biodiesel Best wishes Keith Yahoo!
