It appears that not only is the screen filter in the tank severely gummed
up

but that the lines themselves are brittle and in need of changing.
After this latest upgrade I do believe that my Benz will be BD adjusted
and

I can get on with more important things, like getting ready for another
season of increased BD production.
I learned on the weekend that I may have a clientele building without my
even looking for one, so the expansion I was planning is a good thing.
That's the beauty of a good BD set-up, it can be easily expanded to
increase
productivity without having to re-build a whole new reactor/wash tank
system

:)

RE: [Biofuel] Running B100

2004-10-18 Thread Mel Riser

I have been running B20 to B100 over the last 6 weeks.

Mostly B50 and this is what I have noticed. My old truck smokes more on
startup. Has a slight smoke at idle, but not oil smoke.

Doesnt smell nearly as bad.

However it is OBVIOUS the BXX is loosening up stuff on the inside and
cleaning the engine out.

It did have a regular drip drip leak that seems to be getting less. I think the
rear seal of the motor is rubber and the BXX maybe causing it to swell? And
leak less?

Going to be interesting once the SVO kit is installed.
