Note particularly the lines toward the bottom of the snip section,
a quote taken from the source code. You can also compare this with the
preamble headings written inside other files from the source tree..

Chris,

many thanks for your help.

Seems that I have to fix the wiki (I have to register first :-)).

Cheers,

Done: http://wiki.swftools.org/w/index.php?title=FAQdiff=1387oldid=877.

I hope it’s clearer now.

Many thanks for your help again,

The wiki needs a lot of 'fixing, Pablo! Unfortunately it has received
scant attention for a good while now, and is starting to look more than
a little sad.

I'm also currently hosting the Wiki and the ViewGIT on a custom VPS,
which needs taking down asap. So, it will have to be relocated.
I'll update/re-install Mediawiki and all the relevant plug-ins when
I do it.

Feel free to amend/change the wiki as much as you wish. Contributions,
suggestions and amendments, are always most welcome. Apart from one
unsung hero - Cthulhu.fhtagn - who has been doing a sterling job
fending off the spammers and spambots from attacking it, and myself,
it does seem to lack user interest..

Cheers,

Chris.

 Dear list,

according to http://www.swftools.org, SWFTools is released under the
 GNU GPL.

The wiki assumes (http://wiki.swftools.org/wiki/FAQ) that GPL version
 is the latest one.

 But Matthias declared
 (https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/swftools-common/2009-07/msg00138.html)
that the GPL version was 2, not 3 (at least in 2009).
