Here we are again and for the exact same case!

Shall we just copy/paste the Rekurs/recours we sent last time ? Shall we
use the last case as precedence-case ? (since we actually won).

Again, they are acting like #$%^$# like we're bored and have nothing
else to take care about.

Sunrise lawyers did a pretty good job last time, can we count on you ?

PS: If you dont understand anything here, you are not concerned.

I'm really astonished to see that this private war between Gerhard
Ulrich and the Judges of Vaud is still going on

And again we'll not take any actions and this time we'll not give them
an introduction lesson in how the internet works (which I tried w/o
success last time.)

Yeah, you know, justice is a quick process ;-)

Ohhh you said that on a public list ;-)

Anyway, they should ask Fedpol to add them on their pedo-banned-url-
list so bluewin will block it. If Fedpol cant legally force us to
block URLs, I really dont see how a State court could force us to
block a few sites which basicly state 'bad guy says overall the
internet that good guy is a bad guy', and since the 'good guys' are
part of the justice itself, its kind of normal they turn crazy and
make such impossible/unlogical/nonsense requests... (that was a long
sentence, anyone follows? :P)

This is important stuff, we cannot let them do.

We need a coordinated response and time is short.

I kindly ask all members who received the Order and are members of
ASUT, to contact them and ask them to take the coordination job.

Prof. Schwarzenegger (presenation at SwiNOG few years ago) is ready to
help in the case (he is THE Internet-Justice guru) ;-)

Perfekt, that's the exact reason why I don't like censorship. You can't
know if they only censor the really bad stuff or everything they don't
like.
