actually quite the same statistics could be obtained without Netflow, just by
using MAC
accounting on Cisco border routers.
Torrus.org can display per-AS traffic then.

Hello
again,

thanks
all
for
your
feedback
-
I've
had
a
look
at
NfSen
and
JFFNMS,
but
couldn't
figure
out
whether
they'd
do
what
I
wanted
without
actually
installing/configuring
them.

Anyway
-
here
are
some
screenshots;
if
there's
any
interest,
let
me
know.
What
Stan
said
is
probably
true
-
most
of
those
NetFlow
tools
are
quite
focused
on
the
respective
author's
specific
task,
and
this
is
no
exception.
;)

I could build such tool. Just a question of time and budget :)

Of
course,
MAC
accounfting
does
not
tell
you
the
origin
AS
of
the

traffic
-

be
very

find
out
who
you
should
peer
with...

of course I assume you're interested in traffic statistics per IX peer, in
order to know
which peerings are most effective.

which is more

Hello Gunther (and everyone else who asked),

 that's a nice statistic there.
Which tool did you use to generate the output?

As I indicated in my first message in this thread, it's something that I
wrote for Monzoon. It works with two small Perl scripts, RRDtool (what
else ;) and some PHP for the web interface. Since there does seem to be
some interest in this after all, I'll clean it up a bit and make it
available for downloading. I'll let you know on this list when it's
ready.

Cheers,

Manuel
