[sympy] Introduction

Hello everyone!
Am Noumbissi Valere Gille G. From the University Of Buea Cameroon where i 
am studying a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering program. I 
have been programming in python for like 8 months.  I am new to open source 
contributions and i will like to contribute to sympy and hopefully 
participate to GSoC 2019 through sympy. 
Please can someone help me on how to get started and start contributing in 
order to learn more and achieve my goals.
