Yop,

Still happen ... for some active users (and also for Yu!). I have manually 
removed somes from NRU group. 
Also, i have done a little spring cleanup of inactive users has you can see in 
admin/maintenance and adding some user name ban filters also.

The users base is still not clean... i think we still have a lot of potential 
'bad' users.

I managed to reset my permissions of the Chinese sub-forum, now it works
fine.

[Synfig-devl] Forums crazy?

Hey guys,
lately some things weird are happening on forums. I've seen some users that
needs moderation for posts that are not the first one.
The last case is this one from our fellow member Yu (jcome) (O_O)

Has anyone touched something to make forums behave like that?

I noticed the same. I think it affected the newly registered from the 
last week or so. Very strange that yu needs  approval. He is definitely 
not new...


I just tried to change a setting that said "Set Newly Registered Users 
group to default:" to /no/. It looks like this can be the issue. Wait a 
few days and see if the problem is solved. Otherwise i don't know. New 
user post limit is still set at 1.


The database was updated 13 jan. Perhaps this has something to do with 
the problems.
