systemd is supposed to be an implementation of the plumbing layer of an
operating system.

PGP is a crypt spec plus one implementation of it. 

It's very different things, and I pretty sure a PGP reinvention has no
place in systemd.

firewalld is not a systemd project. And we really don't want to be
associated with it.
