Agreed, #4408 looks like something we must fix before release.
There was some progress on #4322.
The rest are not as important.

None of those are a regression from 231, so we could easily move them
to 233. Should we?

I think #4408 is quite important for few reasons:
a) I doubt it is only the journal that is broken. Maybe all the
FDSTORE services.
b) Things are not recovering if journald crashes. You will end up
having no logs from all the services that connect to journal directly.

I didn't have time to figure out when things went south.

Sounds all good to me. Let's move the resolved ones to milestone v233!

And let's try to focus on doing v233 quickly after v232, without doing
any new dev work in between, let's leave that for v234
