Didn't read this article, but here in Boulder someone called up the police thinking a powder hash mark might be anthrax. I hope they don't freak out on the first snowfall... The same thing happened here in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The owner of the tavern where the Hash House Harriers finished their run the night before told the police it was flour used by the runners but they wouldn't believe him. The absence of common sense seems to go coast to coast.
