No, I a simple pile of sandbags wouldn't be enough to count as either a
shed or a barn! :-)

Thanks

Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the ducks of war.

(Why else would the ducks be behind sandbags?)

If it has a selling counter it's a kiosk? (*ducks behind sandbags*)

I like these definitions, simple and concise.

Generally we have some gaps in farm tagging, or at least what is documented.
Maybe huge agri-industrial plants require different tagging, but for smaller
size traditional farm situations we could need an effort that collects usual
tagging and maybe also documents new tags which are still missing, eg something
for different livestock: chicken/goose house, pigsty, cow house, hutches and
“fenced outdoor animal areas” (pasture and eventually outdoor parts of the
aforementioned animal “residences”), manure and slurry pit, different storage
areas, dairy kitchen, etc.

I agree with you, Dave, about "shed roof", but I have very often seen/heard
the term "shed" used regardless of the type of roof in the USA.

And if it's on a farm, whatever size it is, it's completely filled with all
sorts of random junk.

Very roughly speaking, of course.
