Despite not having a user manual, the HH3k has been quite reliable. It
comes with a battery backup. The wifi has really good reach, though I also
use my two routers for wifi.

Well...What a fascinating piece of information.
Of course the support pages are likely noninclusive, will check.
Still, if one is having a challenge with a product, why put the
information the user likely cannot reach if the product is damaged?

I've had a HH3000 from Bell since 2017, 6 years and 3 months. At the time I
looked for a manual, for firmware updates, but could not find one. If you
find one, please let me know.

I don't think Bell provides a manual as such for HH3000.
They have a support page with tutorials and instructions:

2023-04-25 Thread Karen Lewellen via talk

Hi wise folks,

in the latest chapter of troubleshooting the situation with Internet
here, my landlord and I have a question.
well, I have a question, my landlord freely owns he knows absolutely
nothing about the workings of his technology.
which is why I am seeking a manual for the bell home hub 3000, or anyone
here who might have this particular modem?

Thanks profoundly,
Kare
