Hi, My guess is that, somehow, the set file for the control panel is not loading properly. It can be re-installed by opening the File menu within the Window-Eyes control panel, and choosing Factory Settings. In the list view, press w in order to quickly navigate to Window-Eyes user interface. Then, tab over to the Install button and activate it. Follow the prompts and then close the dialog when done.
