To make it simple for navigation, I used autoHot key to define the accent and 
shift accent key  to send F6 and shift aftsix, respectively.

I knew about the tab and F6 keys, but they're a pain compared to the absolute

I hear ya, Larry. I just recently switched to Outlook in Office 365 because
Microsoft has done a phenomenal amount of work to make things accessible.
But I still have good ol' Thunderbird installed. I've got to see if there's
an easier way to move between folders and accounts. It's such a breeze with
TB.
