Hi, Mike. Here are the steps I follow to check the status of the software maintenance agreement. Open the Window-eyes control panel as usual. Press alt-h to open the help menu. Press up or down arrow until you come to check for updates and press enter. Since Window-eyes 9.2 has become available, the page is displaying differently I just now tried to access the page again and had to tab to the visit update website button since I'm not certain focus is on the button or not.When the page opens, Focus is on the button which I verified. . After the page opens where you check for updates, press enter on the visit update website. Since there is a lot of internet traffic because people are trying to download the upgrade, the page may not load. But if it does load, use the usual navigation keys to find the status of your s m a if you have paid for one. For the person who asked if the upgrade is a paid upgrade, if you have a software maintenance agreement, the upgrade is free. Please refer to the readme which clearly explains the upgrade information. I would suggest contacting Ai Squared to find out about the price of an upgrade is you don't have an s m a. To be fair, I'm going to go over the readme file again. The check for updates page still will not load.
