If you go to your Program Files (86), Then to GWMicro, and then to WinEyes. This is the program folder for the WinEyes installation. In my case, there are 269 entries, and the file you are looking for, is number 262. So easiest is to go to the end of the list, by hitting the End key, and scroll a few upwards. On my system, it is located directly above the WindowsLive file. It is clearly stated as WindowsEnhance.wepm. Hit Enter, and you should be rolling.
