Does I Tunes have its own set file? If so, you can try messing with the
verbosity common focused settings. The setting I have in mind is the speak
window types combo box. If I Tunes has its own set file, first set the speak
window types toggle button to program, then set the speak window types combo
box to never.
Worth a try.

Hello list. I have a glitch with Window-Eyes. Sometimes, when I am in
itunes, and I tab around. I hear the message window client area before the
button, etc. sometimes this happens when opening up menus and so on and so
forth. How can I stop it from saying window client area all the time?
