Hi Veronica,
If you mean attachments are protected, then, once saved, you can click on
the Unblock and then Ok buttons in the Properties dialog for the file.

The gentleman I work with is having problems with is email. Certain ones
always come as Protected, but mine do not. What does he need to do to
unprotect it? He has Office 2013 and the latest Window-eyes. Thank you!
