if you're going to use the touch screen then none of them.
w e does not support a touch screen. you would have to use a external blu tooth keyboard. it has to run on a intel c p u and have a full version of windows. if there are still tablets with a rt version of windows it will not allow you to install your own programs at all. get one with 32gb of disk space or more. 16gb is not enough because windows would use 10 gb and you would only have 5 gb for your own programs.
