Bonsoir,

Attention, le dernier onglet de Pifomètre (dans OSM inconnu de Fantoir), 
est un fourre-tout expérimental (c'est son concepteur qui le dit) qui 
prend aussi les old_name, les alt_name, les amenity=school, les 
lotissements, etc. Bref, l'humain est indispensable pour y faire le tri.

The changes have been made to the central database.  The tiles or rended
image are recreated later sometimes a few days later.

There is an off line version of the database created roughly roughly once a
day at geofrabrik.de from which you can create your own set of tiles etc.
Depending how urgent it is.

Unfortunately there is no information in your message that would enable 
anyone to help you understand what has gone wrong.  We don't know what 
you added, where you added it, or how your WordPress plugin obtains its 
information (as data from somewhere, if so where?  tiles?  something else?).


Perhaps it might be a suitable question for the help site 
https://help.openstreetmap.org/ ?  You'll need to provide a bit more 
information than you have so far though.
