[OSM-talk] Abu Musa alignment

Hey,

I once did a lot of tracing of a small island in the Persian Gulf when high
res Bing imagery became available.

At one point I discovered it was terribly miss-aligned by kilometers. I
think I may have even re-aligned it based on yahoo imagery.

With Abu Musa being in the news lately I would appreciate it if some could
look into this, because now it obviously is wrong:

Hi Floris.

The data is correct, but the outline of the island is part of the 
coastline and therefore updated only on manual request by someone in the 
admin team.
Use the edit/show data (or sth. like that; I only have the German 
website here) on the website to check that.


Usually this should be fixed automatically with the next pull of the 
coastline data.
