Thanks to Marc for pointing out an error in my statement. GDPR is 
applicable as stated e.g. in

or

https://www.jusline.at/gesetz/dsgvo/paragraf/2,

i.e. not just for commercial entities.

I am alerting you to a serious general vulnerability in the OpenStreeteMap talk 
mail system. 
So far nobody has responded to my request to protect the talk-mail system, for 
example by OSM OAuth. 
It was not intended that you publish this link here.
