Some windmills might actually be mills? Which means they mill grain? (grind 
into flour)

Some of the existing man_made=windmill are (in OSM tagging terms, as 
viewed by bing, LPI topo/base maps)


windpumps
water_wells (OZie = bores)
power=generator, generator:source=wind (yes - badly tagged a whole group 
of them)
some don't look like they exist .. possibly being replaced by solar 
pumps? I have added notes to these.


These have been suitably edited.

On the wiki page I have added windmills (OSM windpump) and bores (OSM 
water_well).
