Speed limits would be a good one, although impossible to armchair-map unless you know something I don't. Also, would it stem the tide of useless speed limit notes from Navmii GPS users? I was thinking of suggesting something to capture opening_hours, which I think meshes well with Robert's suggestion. I've been using OsmAnd recently and realised how useful the opening hours data is when doing local in-situ () searches.
