Re: [Talk-GB] Footpath project - tools

2018-07-08 Thread Rob Nickerson
Hi all,

I made quiet a few edits to the wiki today. I also started a basic TagInfo
script for tracking progress:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G9KXfp4Ho3fVROO9MxotcYTydl9CEXB_fi5ko2pM5Kc/edit#gid=189420610
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/UK_2018_Q3_Project:_Paths_and_rights_of_way#Useful_tools

As per the previous, it grabs daily stats from the TagInfo UK site. It
would be good to have something that can produce kilometer based stats, but
this will do as a starter.

Thanks,
*Rob*

Re: [Talk-GB] MapThePaths update: live edit of designation and prow_ref

I am getting "your editing session has timed out, please log in again."
despite having logged in less than a minute earlier.
Chrome if it is relevant

Thanks

[Talk-GB] Footpath project - tools

2018-07-08 Thread Rob Nickerson
Hi all,

Just getting round to adding to the OSM wiki page on the quarterly project.

Looking back at the schools one, it would be amazing if Harry's tool could
be adapted to the designation=public_footpath (and others) tag. Is this
possible?
https://harrywood.dev.openstreetmap.org/diffreader/schools/

@Nick: Another feature request for the MapThePaths site. Would it be
possible to show the admin boundaries? I am working collaboratively on
Warwickshire. Would be useful to be able to use the admin boundaries as map
cake slices.

Give me a shout if you want my help with anything. I hope to focus on comms
and mapping.

Best wishes,
*Rob*
