I've reverted the most obvious problem changesets in 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/80281065 .  I've left the 
earlier stuff - if any of that looks wrong add a comment to the 
changeset explaining the problem and drop a mail to the DWG via 
d...@osmfoundation.org .

It certainly looks like vandalism and needs to be reverted.

However one issue I did spot was there previously, 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1783525689 is unlikely to still be an 
emergency phone. At least the one I saw at Devil's Bridge isn't, they are 
historic these days. But next time I head that way I will take my key just to 
see :)
