[OSM-talk-nl] landuse grass or campingsite? And datasource

2011-08-27 Berichten over hetzelfde onderwerp Jonas Stein
Hi,

this is tagged as landuse grass. It seems to be a import from
somewhere, right?
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/84218434

I found a map of this camping site. Where should i store that
piece of information for people who want to correct the site?

large parts of NL seem to be imported, but the buildings do not
match with bing aerial maps.

I would have no objection against retagging.

I don't know where you checked, but in most cases the landuse/building
correspond quite well to the Bing maps. It's the road data that are often
shifted compared to both.

[OSM-talk-nl] safe water

2011-08-27 Berichten over hetzelfde onderwerp Jonas Stein
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/61806867

why is there a safe water outside the seamarkings?
looks to me more like this is my favourite route track
then a geographical detail.

kind regards,

 kind regards,

I don't think safe_water is a legitimate value for the waterway-key and
since the buoy import (see openseamap.org) this line is certainly deprecated.

Feel free to remove the line. It was placed by a German, so it's only fitting
that a German remove it.
