Hello talk-ph, This is Andrew again from the Apple Maps team. We are planning to work on some data corrections and improvements to OSM in the Philippines around the road network — for example, sometimes there are missing roads or routing issues due to incorrect intersections or missing connections. We will make sure to follow the appropriate OSM and local guidelines.
In the future we also plan to do some improvements to coastal features and land use/land cover polygons, such as parks, university and hospital campuses, airports and similar features. Some examples may be things like coastlines and national parks that are missing a tag or are from old imports that may not be very accurate. I’ll reach out before we start that effort too. I wanted to see if you had any suggestions or feedback on the road network, such as if there are places we should take a look or other useful resources.
