各位圖客 台灣開放街圖一直以來是個鬆散的社群(這群人只想畫地圖 XD)，近日受到各界關注，引發一些問題值得現在思考一下，
1. 台灣開放街圖是否應該成立董事會(Board of directors)，以管理開放街圖社群的相關事務，以及對外統一窗口，如經費、主機、SotM....? 不是成立法人，而是有一個管理層，每年或固定時間，透過「會員」選舉改制。 2. 台灣開放街圖應有「社員」的行為準則(Code of Conduct)? 有任何想法，請不吝提供。 Dear Mappers OSM Taiwan is a cozy, but loose community in which participants pay more attentions on mapping. Due to Nepal earthquake, OSM Taiwan gains a lot of attentions from non-OSMers. There are some issues which are worth to discuss by now. 1. Should Taiwan OSM community to launch a board of directors for managing the business of local chapter, e.g., SotM TW, local server, finance things ... 2.
