Just offering my unsolicited opinion
From the map, I would guess that this node is located near an old settlement,
where the train station used to be, that has since been absorbed into the
larger city nearby.
From other searching, it appears that the name is being applied to a nearby
mobile home park nowadays. Maybe move the node (or rather let someone local
check and move the node) and reclassify it as neighborhood.

Since I don't live in Minnesota, I'd like to hear from some locals if

ok to delete the node. It was imported from GNIS in 2007 with a
modification a year later to add the county.
