Rand McNally fixed their attribution, but it seem weak. The response Ryan
Walker from Rand McNally gave to my inquiry was Oops, looks like we had a
bug that wasn¹t showing the attribution link appropriately. We have fixed
this and should be good now. Thanks for the
feedback!

I plan to ask them to make it clearer.

this link does work, which is good, because they've
made a serious oversight in their routing engine
(they're ignoring node based access restrictions,
e.g. barrier=gate/access=no type restrictions).
i've easily generated one route in Menands NY
that cannot actually be traversed due to a gate

On the help page there is a link to

http://www.randmcnally.com/legal/doc/tripmaker-attribution, which has
attribution for OpenStreetMap. However, I can't actually get to that page from

I'm CCing h...@mapbox.com so they know about the broken link.

The attribution I can find is on
http://www.randmcnally.com/legal/doc/tripmaker-attribution, which is
linked from the Help popup from the TripMaker site. For OSM it links
to https://www.mapbox.com/about/maps/ which seems to have more specific
data about OSM licensing.

Yep - I see houses I added in Washington State. No doubt it's OSM.

Under Help, there is a link for attribution, but on Chrome and Firefox, it
doesn't do anything.

I sent feedback to the site asking them to follow our wiki to properly give
credit to OSM. I'd suggest we all send feedback. Maybe they will get the
