The Bat! - bug report - Connection centre actual bug

2001-05-06 Thread Andrew K. Lovetski

Hello The Bat! developers,

I'm using The Bat! Version 1.52c
  Serial Number E9230B5C
  under Windows 98 4.10 Build A
and would like to report a bug

The two Connection Centre bugs I've described in my two previous
posts actually were consequences of the following bug.

The bug description: If I delete a task while TB phones, and again
hit ALt+F2 while TB still phones, then the tasks won't be removed
from the list upon completion. TB won't hang-up automatically.

Steps to reproduce the bug: Hit Alt+F2 (dial-up configuration
needed). While TB phones, delete any task and hit Alt+F2 again.

BTW, what do you think about the idea of leaving the tasks in the
Connection Centre list? So that the results could be examined later.
Or is the Account Log quite sufficient for that?

Regards,
  Andrew K. Lovetski

Bug report

2001-05-06 Thread Dwight A Corrin

Just now, I used the address book and my Mail Ticker was positioned so
that it obscured the ok and most of the cancel buttons. I was not
able to drag the ticker, and had to cancel, then move the ticker then
reopen the address book. Not, obviously, an earth shattering problem,
but it seemed worth noting.

Try the following work-around (it always works for me):

Thanks. That does help. The first time I tried it, it suddenly
highlighted the next folder down, but at least that way I could tell I
would be dragging the wrong folder and avoided doing it. Not the
final answer, but certainly a frustration saver.

MS Oh well, not really a new version? Well then I can use it at it
MS is... ;-)

Well yes, it's a different version of PGP based on PGP 6.5.8. You can
find it here, as well as the differences in the Readme file:

http://www.ipgpp.com/

As far as the TB! plugin, it just displays the wrong version. Marck's
comment was a solution to that problem. :)
