Allie, I'm curious why your public key can't be found. I use
keyserver ldap://certserver.pgp.com. That shouldn't matter, since
these public keyrings sync with each other.

Are you using a non-compatible key?

I've got 3 tabs in my SmartBat! If the first is active and I click on
the 2nd all is good. Likewise if I click from 2nd to 3rd. But if I
click from the 1st to the 3rd the tabs change but the contents of the
windows don't; I have to click on the 2nd tab then on to the 3rd. The
same is true going from 3rd to 1st.

Does it work if you hit Page-up after you notice that the text did not
change?

It does here as reported in bug report 1391.

You have to go to this URL:

and enter your user password. Once there you can temporarily suspend
mail delivery to your address using the Mail delivery setting.

I'm not 100% sure I understood, but here's the way it should be
working for you (as it works here):

1. If you are composing a message and you type in a URL like
http://www.PCWize.com then you should be able to double-click it,
but you can't right-click it and choose Open URL.

2. If you are reading a message, you can double-click or right-click
   and choose Open URL.

3. If you are replying to a message, and a URL gets quoted from the
original text, then TB doesn't recognize it as a clickable URL, and
you are relegated to copy and paste.

4. If you are forwarding a message and the URL has not been quoted
previously, then it's the same as #1. If it was quoted as in your
e-mail it was, then it's the same as #3.

Why TB doesn't recognize a URL in a quote as something clickable, I
don't know.
