 Guten Tag   The Bat! Beta,

it is now the second Time i had to do a Full Reorganize to fix Errors in
Database, where new Mails where Displayed in the Messagelist as if they
where Old deletet Mails. I lost 2 Mails today, which where invisible in
the Inbox and could only be found by the Message History Function.

Poorly this is not replicable, but this Time it is without any new
Version which could have caused this.

The only time I had troubles with the message bases was caused by an
full harddisk.

Make sure you have enough free space. Especially if you compress some
folder, as the new compressed database is written with an temporary
name besides the actual uncompressed version, and once the new file is
complete, the old one is deleted and the new file renamed. If you do
not have enough space to store temporary two times your folder, you
will encounter errors.

You beat me to this reply. We have had versions that didn't even start
on some Windows systems. In addition, it is nice (psychologically) for
the developers to get a positive feedback. Some users are just plain
happy that they have a brand new beta version running, with all the
risks involved with losing mails or (rather) the hard work of making a
back-up of all before installing the new beta.

I see nothing wrong with that.

It is not reasonable to expect that we'd all see a TB issue in the

I didn't have that problem with the previous version, TB simply didn't
store my new QTs (without mentioning it)
However, when creating a new QT I'm getting an AV now:

Access violation at address 00A88AF2 in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address
.
