Otherwise it will do this every time you start TB!. Once all emails have been downloaded again, TB! will be fine for a while. It seems like the history of emails already downloaded was lost and had to be created again. I have reported this a couple of times, please see my email mid:699943652.20190323110...@gmx.net dated 23 March 2019 for example.
