We cannot reproduce it - could you please recheck was used version 8.8.9.8?

This file doesn't contains any private or personal data - only customized settings of menu and toolbars

The only way to stoip this from happening is to let TB! download all
mails again. Otherwise it will do this every time you start TB!.

Once all emails have been downloaded again, TB! will be fine for a
while. It seems like the history of emails already downloaded was lost
and had to be created again.

I have reported this a couple of times, please see my email
mid:699943652.20190323110...@gmx.net dated 23 March 2019 for example.
